How we do it
Made to order, from start to finish
A client receives five hampers in December and remembers one. One good product per person is better than a full box.

How much you want to spend per person, how many gift sets there are, whether they all go to one address or each to its own, and when you need them.
We suggest two or three options
It is not an automatic configurator: it is a conversation. With what you tell us, we prepare several proposals for you to choose from.
We personalise it
With your logo, your message and a card for each recipient if you send us the list.
We send it wherever you tell us
To your office or to each recipient. In mainland Spain, delivery usually takes 24–48 working hours; we also deliver to the Balearic Islands and the rest of the European Union. We don't ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla yet.

Vacuum-packed sliced ham and boneless ham travel without difficulty and require nothing of the recipient: no ham stand, no carving skills and no extra space.

We ship to the rest of the European Union. Alcoholic drinks depend on the rules of each destination country: at present we only ship wine within Spain, and we'll confirm this when preparing the proposal.

To prepare your proposal, four details are all we need: budget per person, number of gift sets, whether they go to one address or several, and the date by which they must arrive.

Can you add our company's logo and message?
Yes. We prepare corporate gift sets to order: with your logo, your message and a card for each recipient if you send us the list.
Do you send each gift set to a different address?
Yes. They can all go to your office or each to a different recipient. For a long list of addresses, we recommend vacuum-packed sliced or boneless ham: it travels well and requires no preparation from the recipient.
When do we need to order for Christmas?
The earlier you contact us in the autumn, the more time we have to fine-tune the proposal: a made-to-order gift set, with a logo and several addresses, needs more time than a normal order. If your gift is for a specific date, write to us and we'll tell you whether we can make it. For the ready-made gift sets in our shop: to receive it before Christmas Eve, order no later than Friday 18 December in mainland Spain, Monday 14 December in the Balearic Islands and Thursday 10 December in the rest of the European Union; for Three Kings' Day, Wednesday 30 December in mainland Spain.
How does invoicing work?
The invoice is made out to the company, with its tax ID (NIF). In a business purchase, VAT is determined by law by where the goods are delivered, not by the buyer's country: anything delivered in Spain carries VAT. If your company is based in another European Union country, has an intra-Community VAT number and the delivery goes to that same country, we validate the number and the sale is VAT-exempt. Large orders with several addresses are arranged in writing, like a made-to-order purchase, and the invoice is issued in the same way.
Can wine be included in the gift set?
Yes, within Spain. Outside Spain, alcoholic drinks depend on the rules of the destination country: at present we only ship wine within Spain, so to other countries the gift set goes without the bottle. We'll confirm this when preparing the proposal.
Can we see the products before deciding?
Yes. You can drop by our shop in Sant Andreu, Barcelona (Passeig de Torras i Bages, 117), and we'll show them to you.
