How it arrives and how to serve it

How it arrives: ten 100 g packs, each sliced and vacuum-packed, presented in a box.

Take them out a few minutes before serving and spread the slices out on the plate without piling them up: the fat turns translucent and the aroma opens up. They are far more enjoyable at room temperature than straight out of the fridge.

Returns (14 days)
