How it arrives and how to serve it
How it arrives: ten 100 g packs, each sliced and vacuum-packed, presented in a box.
Take them out a few minutes before serving and spread the slices out on the plate without piling them up: the fat turns translucent and the aroma opens up. They are far more enjoyable at room temperature than straight out of the fridge.

We prepare and carefully pack your order in our workshop. Delivery to mainland Spain takes 24–48 working hours, with free delivery on orders of €100 or more. Delivery times elsewhere in Europe vary by destination.
If anything doesn't arrive as it should, contact us within 72 hours with a photo and we'll put it right with a replacement or a refund. A personal service, person to person. Your statutory guarantee remains unaffected after that period.
If you change your mind, you have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Details of how to do so and the exceptions are set out in our terms of sale. Your guarantee covering the product's quality and condition remains fully in force.
