This is the official model withdrawal form (Annex B of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, which transposes Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Only complete and return it if you wish to withdraw from your purchase — you can also inform us by any other unequivocal statement, for example a simple email. You can print this page or copy the text into an email.

Remember: the withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, and there are exceptions for products that have been unsealed or that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (set out in section 7 of the Terms of sale). When we receive your notice by email, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt. If you would like us to arrange the return transport, tell us in your message: we will tell you its cost in advance and deduct it from the refund.
