Extra virgin olive oil from the mountain picual variety, from the Sierra de Segura. Harvested and milled immediately, cold-extracted and rested in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

Description

This is the one-litre jug from the Agrolea range: the everyday format, for cooking and dressing without a second thought. It may show golden, greenish or yellowish tones depending on the year's weather. This is unfiltered oil with character, not a defect.
